Welcome to Talk & Thrive! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Services
Talk & Thrive provides speech pathology services to children and adults. Services include assessments, therapy sessions, and consultations. All services are delivered by qualified speech pathologists in accordance with professional standards.
3. Appointments
- Booking: Appointments can be booked via our online booking system or by contacting our office.
- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
4. Confidentiality
All client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is protected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Information will only be shared with your written consent, except where required by law.
5. Fees and Payment
- Fees: Session fees are outlined on our website or can be provided upon request.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- NDIS: We accept NDIS self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed clients. For plan-managed and NDIA-managed clients, please ensure your plan is active before your appointment.
6. Telehealth Services
Telehealth services are delivered via secure video conferencing platforms. Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a private space for their session. Talk & Thrive is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.
7. Liability
Talk & Thrive is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
